Those that are made out of 100% natural rubber are biodegradable. The oxidation process converts these balloons into opaque or milky white color. The balloon’s degradation would directly depend on the sunlight and oxygen’s amount to which it is exposed. This degradation process of balloon is generally compared tot hat of oak leaf. The time it takes an oak leaf to degrade is almost similar to latex balloon. There are loads of interesting facts about balloons and these are used in many important things. Hot air balloon is used for travelling purposes. These balloons rise up in air and navigate through air.
